What is blue light ?
According to
wavelength human eye visually 420 nm wavelength but in digital screen like
mobile computer laptop etc. have a more 480 nm wavelength and this wavelength
is harmful to eyes ,damage eye like a Dry eye , macular disorder ,ARMD, and
